All full registrations (professional, student and spouse/guest) admit the holder to all technical sessions, the exhibits and posters, Icebreaker, Mini-breaker, and Tuesday box lunch in the exhibit hall. Spouses and guests also have access to the hospitality suite Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
You may pick up your badge and tickets to optional events in the registration area in the 2nd Street Atrium (ground level) of the Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa anytime during the following hours:
Saturday, October 2nd 3:00 PM-6:00 PM
Sunday, October 3rd 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Monday, October 4th 7:00 AM-6:30 PM
Tuesday, October 5th 7:00 AM-12:00 NOON

No refunds for registration after September 15th.
Refunds after August 15th and on or prior to September 15th will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Field Trip Cancellation Policy
From the feedback of the field trip leaders and field trip chair:   
From September 1 and later, a cancellation fee of the registration cost minus the room cost, will be charged for the Ozark Mountain Biking Geotour and the Arkoma field trips.
From September 1 and later, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for the Lake Skiatook and Redbud/Catoosa field trips.
